Filling in the blanks

*Kodo walked with Elan down the narrow street, heading towards a nearby merchant* "I needed to talk Elan, thought I could color in the missing parts of the story when I shot Haro"

*Elan picks at the hem of her shirt, a nervous habit that she'd been unable to break.*

*She had tried her hardest to recover her memories of the event, but they just stayed a blank in her mind.*

*Kodo remained silent, a perplexed expression on his face. He murmured to himself seeming to have completely forgot Elan*

*Elan began to reach out and place her hand on his shoulder to get his attention but thought better of it.*

Uh, Kodo? Everything alright?

*Kodo failed to react grabbing a piece of fruit from a local vender* "Something's wrong..." Kodo muttered. "Elan something's not right. There's to much...  Energy." 

Out of nowhere, a fist flew at Kodo's face, a crack and a spurt of blood came from his nose as it broke. Kodo's breath blasted out of him as his body hit the ground hard.

*Elan snapped her attention towards the person who had punched Kodo, the sudden attack a shock. Her feed slid into a defensive stance instinctively as she moved slightly closer to Kodo.*

What the hell?!

*A dark robed group of 4 strangers seemed to materialize from the crowd, dark hoods shrouding their faces.* "You two will come with us... Now."

*Kodo stood upright, a smile on his face at a prospective fight.* "Now who the hell are you all?" *Kodo untied his head wrap showing skin covered eye sockets, dabbing at his nose with the cloth.* 

*Without an answer a stranger stepped toward Elan, reaching to grab her shoulder*

*Elan took a quick step back, attempting to avoid their grasp.*

*the hooded man growled a primal sound from his throat.* "Resistance is pointless. You will come with us willingly, or broken" *the 4 men drew training sabers, the length of the blades covered in small needles with neurotoxin to inflict pain. 2 men swung at Kodo and Elan, both men aiming for their heads*

(19) Kodo rolled backwards drawing his own saber, a grin on his face, eyes cold and merciless*
"Let's see your insides" Kodo growled at the 4 men.

*Elan stepped to the side, grabbing for the man's arm, and kicking out at his stomach.*

(12) the man grunted as her foot took him in the gut. His breath knocked out with a whoosh. The saber tumbled from his hand as he clutched his gut.

*Kodo ran forward his blade leading towards another man. (7).*

(10) the man intercepted Kodo's blade with his own saber. The echoing crash of vibroblade on saber sounding through the crowded street. Onlookers glanced curiously but no one seemed to mind the disturbance. Giving the fighters a wide berth as they continued on their business.

*another man swung his saber at Elan, seeking to debilitate her with the painful neurotoxin*

(11) * Elan jumped back, quickly pulling her vibroblade from its place.*

(17) As elan jumped back, the saber swung in it's arc, striking her left arm. The needles burrowing deep into her arm, depositing it's payload of toxin, sending deep racking pain up her arm. (3 damage)

*Elan bit back a cry, cursing as she took a step back.*

Kodo, be careful you don't let them land a hit.

*She readied her blade, eyeing the man that had attacked her *

The cowards are afraid to face us without taking extra precautions.

*She grinned, her eyes darting between the four figures.*

*Kodo grimaced from the pain* "Not bad fighters are they?" *Kodo suddenly lunged, his vibro blade in a reverse grip, slicing towards the man's throat who had kicked him. (5) *The man raised his saber ready to intercept the attack. (1)  the man's saber clanged against Kodo's blade. Kodo though pushed and made contact with the man's throat, a spurting fountain of blood erupting from the man's artery. 

*A second man lunged at Elan, looking to stop her from retaliating* (5)

*Elan moved forwards in a burst, slashing diagonally across her attackers chest.* (9)

*The man attempted to throw himself backwards out of reach of the blade (7)*

The vibro blade easily sliced through muscle striking bone. Heavy gouts of blood dripped from his chest*

*Kodo himself dashed forward towards the two remaining men. A feint kick disguising a horizontal slash towards the throat of the other (11)*

(10) The man who the slice was aimed at ducked back just in time, the vibroblade leaving a thin line of blood on his neck, not deep enough to end his life.*

The second man thrust towards Kodo, stamping his foot as his thrust exploded towards him. ( 8 )

(16) Kodo spun to the right, the thrust missing as it slid past.*

The last man drew a holdout blaster, hoping to take out Elan before she could engage their fight with Kodo, his neck still oozing from a shallow cut (2) He fires off a hasty shot at Elan, the blast lost in the sound of the crowd, the red beam streaking towards Elan*

*Elan turned just in time to notice him firing off and dodged to the side, quickly pulling a throwing spike from the pouch on her hip with her left hand and letting it fly towards his hand. She needed to disarm him before some innocent bystander was injured.* (18)

The spike buried itself in his hand, the blaster flying into the crowd from the impact*

"ENOUGH" a voice boomed from behind the pair of fighters. A large hooded figure stood, seeming to emit menace and danger.
A cold hand of dread seemed to surround Kodo and Elan, sapping their will to fight. *Kodo screamed, his force guided vision taking in the power of the man, and finding his own power and light wanting. Kodo dropped his blade, not having the will to resist. 

*Cold yellow eyes glared at the prone Kodo, then switched to Elan, menace boring into her.* 

"You have both passed the first test. I can show you power beyond your dreams... Just give up the fight, give me your time. Reach out and seize it. But first, SLEEEEEEP " His voice gained a dreamlike quality as a pressure seemed to weigh down the twos mind, lulling them to a deep state of unconsciousness.

*Kodo awoke in a lavish chamber. Holo portraits, and paintings hung on every wall space, the walls themselves polished, gleaming black. He sat on a comfortable bantha stuffed chair, a clear crystal table in front of him laid out with rich foods. Fruits from Naboo, wines and drinks from Tatooine. Kodo realized he still had his weapons and gear with him. All weapons loaded and ready. He looked over and saw Elan, sat in the same type of chair, weapons and armor still in place. 

Across from them sat a humanoid figure, with red skin. A predatory smile on his face. "Good afternoon my friends, I hope the furnishings are to your liking. I thought it would be better to talk in a more civilized manner."
